today nafa..den remediallaft tt Qway..
nafa test..
k that one was okay..tink i can get gold?i counted and i like got 21 or 22 pts lidat..k i tot my standing board jump will like cmi!!!..but heng heng..at least its can make it abit..lols..172..but aft doin dat my knee hurts la..wth-.-
den my another worst is sit and reach..that one was okay lor..got an C..39
my sit ups i jus aim for 31 den i stop alr..hahas..aft i do still got 15 secs left..hahas..but my stomach no energy alr sia..
den my incline pull up i aim for 18 jiu stop liao..LOL!
shuttle run ok lor..hahas..10.7secs..
so total i got 5(shuttle run)+5(incline pull up)+5(situps)+4(standin board jump)+3(sit and reach)..so total is 22!..tink i'll get..summore i haben include 2.4km sia..
so aft nafa went for remedial..and my battery is like gg finish liao lor
able to catch most of da part..aft tt behind die alr..lols..
den aft our remedial,me aidah,jeslin,qiyu,amanda and carrie wenta Qway
k startin we wanted to take 901 to interchange den we chase e bus..lols..when we reach dere we wanna take 961,we chase e bus agn..cant stop chasin bus sia.hahas..den in da bus carrie,aidah and amanda laugh damn loud la!..and i saw auntie lookin at us shake her head..lols!
aft tt reach,we walk ard..den they choose this choose dat..so i jus walk wit them and c lor..walk till like wanna slp sia..den dey found one shop..and they went it..e shop nice la..den i oso sun bian ask abt trg tee..lols!..vervex brand full set cost abt 28 bucks..sot of our normal jersey amt lor!..but i c quite nice sia..hahahas..den aft tt i sit at a side slack slack,den dey dilly dally..choose this choose that..lols..i no patience one..so din chup into it too much..aft tt we decide lor..den go mac eat..and jeslin kip callin ppl..duno y dey wanna call mr lee den ended up callin mr kumar!!!..damn funny la..den call finish liao go back confirm wit them and we went back..den suddenly 961 cum ang..and we started chasin e bus..hahas..everytym we take bus we chase sia..lols!..den from e tym we get in da bus till get off from da bus we keep laughin non stop!..thks to amanda la..
got one part is dat e bus drive thru sum sot of coffee shop..

den amanda say wrong,she say mirror mirror on da hand..den suddenly all of us start to laugh la..e whole bus is ful of our laughter..aft tt amanda keep laughin,den all o us hear liao oso laugh tgt..den jeslin like out of controll..everyonce she laugh she go hit her fore head damn hard la..den amanda diff,when she laugh she hit me la..wth..all of us cant stop laughin sia..
