trg today..slpt in da court..as usual..den coach came at 8am..den i went canteen sit..and coach say

aft tt everyone came and out to run 5 rds..aft tt 50 pumpins..den one more rd agn..tymin must rd finish by 4min30sec..aft tt all those basics..shootings and play match..aft tt everything ends..lols.den went cwp makan makan..aft tt chiong-ed home..reach home,bath and slp all e way till 6..so tired la-.-..aft tt watch tv..den watch till 10 and nw im here bloggin..wahahas..tmr gonna go down ball..so tired..wanna ball..but lazy to move..sian-.-
